The location is unbeatable, right on the waterfront close to everything the city has to offer. Dining with beautiful views enhances the overall experience, while the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel offers cozy rooms with great water views, a comfortable bed, but with small bathrooms. The service from reservation to checkout was excellent and didn't affect our stay negatively. The waterfront location is fantastic, close to the beach and the fabulous Puke Ariki museum. The dining experience comes with beautiful views and seasonal salads. On the downside, limited facilities were noted but overall a great stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to the city center. The rooms were comfortable with a wonderful balcony overlooking the coastal walkway and the sea. The service was top-notch, with everyone being so friendly and attentive. The dining experience provided a beautiful view, and the facilities were excellent. However, the price was a bit on the higher side for the value offered, and some areas needed a bit of improvement.
